Happy Summer Break, everyone! I hope you will be able to take advantage of some needed “down time” to rest and to rejuvenate even while remembering to stay professionally connected, take advantage of summer PD opportunities and begin planning for your professional development in 2015-16.

  1.    Network with us via social media to keep current with teaching resources, professional information and news! At minimum, follow:
  1.     Attend one or more of the summer workshops being offered by OFLA. For information and to register, visit:  http://ofla.memberlodge.org/page-418057
  1.     Mark your calendars NOW for CSCTFL/OFLA 2016! OFLA’s joint Conference with the Central States Conference on the Teaching of Foreign Languages will be held March 10-12, 2016 at the fabulous Hilton Columbus Downtown Hotel in Columbus, Ohio. We are very excited about the 2016 conference! The program promises to be full of great sessions and workshops; we have received 348 proposals – – more than ever before! Watch for updates on social media and on both the OFLA and CSCTFL websites. (csctfl.org)
