Le Grand Contours 2013

Almost 3600 students from around Ohio participated in Le Grand Concours this past year, an increase of 130 participants over the preceding year.  This number includes 52 FLES students from two schools.  Altogether, there was participation from 56 schools and 81 teachers from all corners of the state. Hi, Everyone!

Thank you all!  After many months of diligent planning by the combined CSCTFL Conference Team and the OFLA Conference Committees, I am pleased to say that we surpassed our goal of 1000 attendees at this year’s conference. And what a conference it was! The work done by the planning team and the OFLA volunteers was remarkable. The Keynote Address by Terry Caccavale and the combined CSCTFL/OFLA Awards Program inspired all who attended. The workshops and sessions were thought-provoking in their topics and sent us back to our classrooms with renewed enthusiasm. Continue reading
